not me monday

Time for me to do another NOT ME MONDAY"S. Yes I know I have been missing for awhile and again I have said I will get better but I just haven't done a good job of that yet.




I DO NOT pick clean clothes up off the floor or out of the clean laundry baskets that I am folding and just throw them into the dirty basket because I don't feel like putting them away. That would be nuts because that would make more work for me and I am already busy with 3 kids.

I DO NOT feel sorry for my husband who went to his Christmas party last night and who got in way too late, who is tired, and just wants to sleep. I guess he can't hang out with the young kids anymore.

I AM NOT ready for school to start already and the kids just got out Friday, what kind of mom would I be if I wanted them back in school already??

I AM not in love with the DVR that comcast now has. Man I really like pausing tv, and recording shows without using a VCR

I DO NOT get lazy with my blog and just leave it alone in hopes that it might post something for me. That would be just plain lazy, and lazy I AM NOT.

Well I am sure I have many more things that I just didn't do this week or even this month but my mind is just drawing a blank.

I have never ever put Camron in the bathtub at 9pm at night because he missed his bathtub that night and I wasn't in the mood to listen to him whine. I never give into his tantrums, what kind of mother would do that? It doesn't teach him anything. NOT ME!!



When we went garage saling this weekend we did not buy Katey a "new"bed for her room with a matching dresser and a nightstand. NOT ME!! Gotta love garage sales!



Jacob is not in his big boy bed only after two days after I made his baby bed into a toddler bed. That would be just a waste of time to "make" the toddler bed. NOT ME



I did NOT go 20 days without posting a blog! I blog everyday sometimes twice a day. NOT ME!!



I don't have a lot of catching up to do with blogging and adding pictures since I DID NOT go 20 days without blogging. NOT ME!!



My boys are not in the tub this morning so I can type my not me monday out. I have more time than money. Who would let their kids play in the tub just so you can have a break, a small break but a break never less. NOT ME!!





I know I have a lot more things that I haven't done but I have one boy yelling at the other boy, so I guess I should go and see what the problem is before something happens.

Well this week flew by once again. Why does the week last soo long and the weekend just flys by?? Well anyhoo its time for NOT me Monday's again. So if you want to see what everyone else did not do this weekend head on over to MCKMAMA'S and join in the fun!



~I DID NOT let the kids play outside in our "pond" on Friday afternoon and when Jacob came in the house I DID NOT have to throw him in the tub before I even let him play because he was NOT covered in mud. My kids are always neat and clean and playing in mud is just dirty.



~ I DID NOT lock my keys in the house and have to call my hubby home from work. It was nice out and I took my keys out of my one coat to put in my lighter weight coat, who would lock themselves out of their house with 4 kids in the van anyhow? When my hubby DID NOT come home to let me in the house, he did not say" maybe you should have an extra house key in the van" I did not think of that before he came home.



~My hubby and I DID NOT go out for dinner on Saturday night to a fundraiser, and win a gift certificate to Outback Steak House, plus a gift basket valued over $100!



~I am not typing this out on Sunday night in hopes to be maybe in the 200's on the NOT ME MONDAY"S list at MCkmama's. Why should I care what number I am, I just like to tell everyone what DID NOT happen this week, and meet some new bloggers.

I DID NOT wish the kids would just disappear this weekend because I was feeling stuffy and just wanted to go to sleep and no nothing.

I DID NOT go to the store and buy myself a DS, since I have been saving for this for awhile now.

I DID NOT feel bad for buying the DS for myself until my hubby came home from work with a DS for me as a surprise! What a great hubby huh?? He does listen to me huh??

I DID NOT burn my carrots for dinner because I was too busy talking to my daycare parents. And Jerry DID NOT just cut off the burnt part and still fed them to the kids at dinner time

I DID NOT do my last weeks no me mondays because I was perfect and did nothing wrong. (HAHAHA) Come on I am a mom to 3 well maybe 7 if you include the daycare kids, and By the time I get on the computer at night I am never tired.

I DID NOT put Jacob in disposable diapers all last week cuz he had a case of the runs, since I cloth diaper I would not just take the "easy" way out and not use them.

I DO NOT ever just make a "wasted" trip to the store at night to get milk, bread or something else at night when the kids are in the tub, so this way I can go alone. The kids like to go to the store with just me, so why would I "forget" them at home with daddy to be by myself??

Once again the weekend is gone and Monday is here again. Everyone dreads Monday unless you are part of mckmama's wolverines and you love not me mondays. Its easy to play along with. All you do if tell everyone what "You didn't do" this week. So here I go.............

I DID NOT have to to take Jacob to the doctor on Friday because his nose was dripping like a leaky faucet, he did not have runny goopy eyes. He most certainly did not have another ear infection since he just got off antibiotics the week before! And I AM NOT counting down the days until Feb 12, since that is the day he has tubes put in to I hope avoid these darn ear infections

I DID NOT have fun snowmobiling this weekend with the kids at my parents house.

I DO NOT ever get tired of having to tuck Camron into his bed at night for a million and one times every single night. Cuz what kind of mom would I be if I didn't tuck him in at night after every time he gets out of bed to go pee, to tell daddy something just to avoid going to sleep!

I am NOT looking forward to this summer when I get to go and see my friend that I have never met in person but he have talked on the phone for what, the last almost 6 years.

Ok I guess that covers part of this week. But I do have a special prayer request for anyone or everyone who reads this blog....I have this dear friend who lost her father a few weeks ago. Now they have to take her mom to a specialist because she has a mass on her brain. They don't know what it is yet, they have already done a MRI. But if you would just say a small prayer giving them the courage to get thru this hard time in their lives I would appreciate it. Thanks so very much.

Well its another Monday again. So it time for some more self help MckMama style. Today is the day you let everyone know what you DID NOT do all week. After either reading my blog, head on over to MCKMAMA's to see what everyone else DID NOT due this week,

I DID NOT take Katey to the doctor on Tues to find out she had pink eye only to take her back again on weds after she screamed for 30 mins yelling that her ear hurt, only to find out that she had an ear infection. I mean I have never taken my kids to the doctor two days in a row like that before!

I DID NOT just buy more cloth diapers this past week because I want to try snap diapers instead of Velcro. My other diapers work just fine so why would I buy more?

I DID NOT have to take my van in to get fixed on weds and I DID NOT have to drag 4 kids with me during nap time because that was the only time they could get it fixed. That would just be plain nuts if I did that.

I know I have more things that I did not do this week but darn if I can remember them. I think old age is setting in early. lol

Well the weekend flew past again. I dont' understand why the weeknd is soo dang short and the week just drags on most times. But once again its time for not me monday's again. Yeah I know I have missed the last two Monday's I due believe but its been just nuts here!! After reading what I didn't do this week head on over to MCKMAMA's to join in the fun. I DID NOT have to take Camron to the ER on Monday(number on reason why I didn't do my not me Monday post last week) thinking that he had a sinus infection only to find out he had pink eye.





I DID NOT kinda laugh to myself when the doctor told me I should close my daycare for a day so I can clean and hopefully no one else gets the goopy red eye crap. Because being closed for a day wouldn't make a difference in my paycheck at all. I mean shoot we don't have any bills due at all.





After taking Camron to the ER, we DID NOT run to the store at 10 pm at night. I make my kids go to bed by 8 pm and never any later, who would let their kid stay up until 10pm just so I can run to the store?





I DID NOT turn around and have to take Jacob to the ER on Tues after all the dycare kids left. He most certainly DID NOT have an ear infection and a strep throat. By the time we DID NOT leave the ER we DID NOT have to go and get his medicine and we DID NOT to thru the drive thru at Burger King because we both were hungry at 10:30 pm.





Since we went to the ER on two different days we DID NOT have the same ER doctor who kinda looked at me funny when she first saw me. I mean how many other mom's go to the ER on two different nights with two different kids?? NOT ME!





I DID NOT just cringe when I found out that school was cancelled on Friday. I should be happy that I was able to spend extra time with my kids, and other people's kids ALL DAY LONG.





I DID NOT go grocery shopping on Wednesday, and spend 1/3 of my paycheck on food. Come on, we are just a family of 5 umm 6 ummm well ok maybe we are a family of 5 but iam feeding 8 kids mon-friday, and that's like feeding a small zoo.



Last but not least something that really DID NOT happen cuz if this did happened I don't think I would really be telling everyone. So I went to my friends, dad's wake on Sunday. After signing in the book I reached into my pants pocket and pulled out some money placed it into the envelope, signed my name to it, and placed it into the LOCKED box. As I was NOT waiting in line to see my friend and her family, I DID NOT reach into my coat pocket and DID NOT feel any money in my pocket, cuz if I did feel money in my coat pocket that means that I put the wrong amount in my envelope! SO after seeing my friend and her family I DID NOT have to hunt down the funereal
directer to tell him the mistake that I DID NOT do. IF that did happen that would be really embarrassing.

I HAVE NOT in the 6 years that I have been a mom, ever had to pee while holding on to a child either in a store at our own home.

I DID NOT just wrap all the Christmas gifts Saturday night, cuz who would wait until almost last min to do that. And it DID NOT take me almost 2 hours to get them all wrapped.

I hope we don't get snowed in Christmas Eve and have to spend the night at my parents house with my brother, his girlfriend and their daughter, cuz that would be just NOT fun.( OK so this hasn't happened yet but i DO think this would be fun)

I NEVER think about what to write for my NOT me mondays thru out the day sometimes. Because I am too busy to be thinking about such unimportant things.

I AM NOT thinking of sellling all my cloth diaper just to buy new ones that has snaps cuz I think I might like them better than velco, cuz that would be just nuts, I mean I started cloth diapering to save money and how much money would that be saving if I bought all new diapers just so I can have snaps?

I DID NOT eat a bowl of chips for dinner last night cuz nothing sounded good.

I DID NOT get excited when I realized that I won a cloth diaper from The cloth diaper whisper. And I certainly DID NOT call Amanda like 4 times before she answered the phone just to tell her that I won something

I NEVER EVER put my kids to bed early on the weekends sometimes just because I wanted some quiet time to myself before I go to bed, what kind of mom would do that.

I DID NOT call Amanda last night to ask her how to link someone to a page on blog spot without having the whole web address showing. And I HAVE NOT added a bunch of links to my page just proving that I know how to do this now.

I DO NOT check my blog spot everyday hoping for new comments, since they are few and far between and I DO NOT get giddy when I get a new comment, so DON'T make my day and leave me a comment. ;)

Well here we are, it's Monday again! So I will do my not me, monday. Mckmama who is the queen of this, is taking a week off due to the fact that she had just had a beatiful healthy baby boy on wed. Go and check her out and the great pictures she takes of her 4 kids! http://www.mycharmingkids.net/

I DO NOT bag the leaves that fall every year, cuz my husband who blows them into a pile, working hard with the leaf blower, also bags them.

I DO NOT get mad at some daycare parents who fail to listen or follow my rules, that I have laid out for them and thier kids, while they are in my care. I DO NOT wish that sometimes I could just forget being a daycare provider and just be a stay at home mom.

I WILL NOT miss all of this election crap that is happening cuz I always stay on top of election stuff and always know whats happening, cuz what kind of person would not pay attention? NOT ME anyhow.

I NEVER forget to download my pictures off the camera, and promise you all that i will be posting new pictures tomorrow cuz what kind of person would promise you new pictures and never follow thru? NOT ME

I DO NOT feel sad that my baby is growing up and he is almost 16 months, acting like he is older than he is. I DO NOT miss those first few months of non stop crying, eating pooping cuz really who misses them days? OK i really do miss them days and really want them back. Not saying that I want more but somedays I would like to have just one more.

I did not feel bad for leaving my mom friday with 5 kids under 4, so I was able to go with Katey on her field trip to the peacock farm

I DID NOT forget to blog after I said I would. And I did not forget the camera once again downstairs so I can't download the pictures of the kids.

I DO NOT feel bad for my husband when the kids wake him up in the middle of the night to ask him if they can sleep on the couch, they know my answer will be NO, go to bed, so they bug him. hhehheehhe.

I DID NOT forget to pay the dish bill and it most certainly did not get shut off the other day, what kind of responsible person would do such a thing?

I DO NOT ever think of things that I want to blog about thru out the day and at the end of the day forget what I wanted to blog about, and then just not blog.

I guess thats the end of my not me mondays for this week. I hope to remember my camera tomorrow so I can download some pictures here.

Not me Mondays

Well its monday again, where did the time go?? SO here is another Not me Monday

I DID NOT enjoy having just Jacob again this weekend, cuz the kids talked grandma and papa to spending the night.

I DID NOT get upset with my husband when I found out how much he spent on ebay again!!

I DO NOT get pissed when a daycare parent tells me they don't have to money to pay me cuz they have a bill that needs to be paid. UMMMM hello I DON"T have bill either that need to be paid.

I DID NOT enjoy sleeping in sunday until 9AM cuz Jacob slept in!!

I DO NOT EVER just play on the computer and tell the kids that I will be done in one min and then 5 mins later tell them the same thing, just so I can "play" what I want to.

I DID NOT feel like strangling my hubby when Jacob woke up on morining drenched in pee, cuz he thought the little swimmer that Katey grabbed him was a pull up. Yeah like I would have a 13 month old in pull ups.

Not me Mondays

Well today is monday again and Iam trying to do the Not me Mondays that m ckmama does. So here i go again

I did not turn on tv to a show that I knew that my kids would watch so I could rest my eyes and take a nap, cuz I don't nap.

I do not put Jacob in disposable diapers at night cuz he will normally poop first thing in the moring and its just easier.

I did not enjoy saturday afternoon with just Jacob while the other two kids were with my mom all day. And I did not just sit on my butt the whole time Jacob was napping cuz I had laundry to do, dishes to do, etc
I didn't just put the kids laundry away today that has been sitting in the laundry basket since friday night, and I dont' have 2 more batches of kids laundry to do again.

I did not put the kids to bed early on night because I wanted some peace and quiet.
